Our Vision for Research:

• Citizen Science: We empower our practitioners to  become citizen scientists, collecting standardized data on client outcomes  in their practices.
• Key Questions: We are focused on measuring the impact of our methods on autonomic nervous system regulation (via HRV),     subjective stress reduction, and overall well-being.
• Collective Impact: The data from our network  can contribute to large-scale studies, moving beyond anecdote to collective  evidence.

For practitioners interested in research, we provide simplified protocols and tools to easily integrate outcome measurement into your practice, benefiting both your clients and the field.

As a Founding Board Member, You Will:

• Mentor Practitioners who are eager to contribute to  research but need scientific guidance.
